This would be a good read although it is a children's book in Korea. On 2018 reading list!

When I see Ocean bag, Mansur Gavriel, I think of Casa Muralla Roja in Spain. 

One could have this view from kitchen. We thought about moving to a country house in Sorø.

A dear friend, Jensen is leaving from Scandinavia after 7 years of solidarity with me. I got to read my old diary from 2010, the time that we both arrived in Sweden. It is full of wonder, curiosity, worry, sorrow, laugh and love. Love. And, the Love.

I wonder whether I could ever visit this restaurant in my life or not.... Going to Maine in US ... I think that is not likely to be happened. However, it is an amazing story behind this restaurant. And, I love the way they run this restaurant. Of course, the style of food they serve! So, I would just consider to buy the cookbook by Erin French who is a founder and chef of The Lost Kitchen. 

RAMEN !

In recent years, 3 ramen shops were opened in Copenhagen. Certainly, there is a boom/hype on that Japanese noodles dish. However, any of them did not satisfy me yet. It is mostly because they do not understand and reflect on my experience/memory/connection to Japan. 

I appreciate on the culinary experiment which is often called as New Nordic twist. However, Ramen is Ramen. It is fatty and greasy. It is the dish bring me flavors of japanese street, images of steams from ramen broth and sound of japanese chefs in the kitchen.
